The Project

- Remedial works undertaken to relevant standards by BM TRADA certified operatives

- Our operatives were involved in the strip, disposal and making good on completion
- All works were taken in live ward environments through careful planning with the Trust

The Project
How the works were delivered:
- Doors had to be organised on a week by week basis because we were working in a live hopsital environment and it was extremely important that we worked aound the needs of the hospital, patients, staff and visitors
- Deliveries were also organised to ensure a large stock-pile was not left on site
- Any cutting/alterations to existing doors where repairs only were required were undertaken at our on-site compound in a dedicated cutting area

How We Solved The Problems
Works were undertaken on live wards and it was crucial that we ensured the works were planned and undertaken to suit the needs of the ptients and the staff.
The works were planned in 2 phases, over 6 wards and worked around the bed pressures of the various wards. Works were completed as required and in budget with no complaints from the wards.
