Our Operations Manager Carmel Teoli is celebrating 25 years at Kirkman & Jourdain Ltd!

Carmel joined the company in January 2000 as Secretary/PA to the Managing Director and providing full administrative support to 7 team Managers. In 2006 Carmel moved into the role of Health & Safety Advisor, responsible for ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulations. Then in January 2016 Carmel progressed her career further to become Operations Manager, overseeing the Quality & Environmental Management System and Human Resources, including Data Protection (UK GDPR). 

Carmel has had a diverse career, and her 25 years of service are an extraordinary testament to her loyalty and expertise, providing valuable support in the growth and success of the company.

Kirkman and Jourdain are proud to have many long-standing employees. Several staff have been with the company for around 30 years. Their countless contributions have shaped our company, and we are excited to see what the next chapter of our remarkable journey together brings.
