Planned maintenance is a pro-active service to minimise major works where possible. We schedule periodical site surveys to suit your needs, identifying and fixing minor defects quickly and for identifying larger remedial work we can provide estimates and schedules for work.
If the work is reactive, the job is passed to our Help Desk team for all reactive maintenance calls, controlling tradespersons including handypersons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and roofers.
