The Help Desk operates a works order package that links directly to our accounts package which can be used to track each operative and contract for accurate billing.
We operate a full maintenance service for Clients in both the public and private sector throughout the South-East of England. Operating to an agreed Schedule of Rates we supply a service tailor made to meet you or your clients needs. Including if required a 24 hour, 365 days call out facility designed to provide emergency relief with corrective maintenance provided at an agreed or specified time interval.

24 Hour Response System
Kirkman & Jourdain Ltd can carry out all general and emergency repairs in the London & South East of England. General repairs include small works such as fixing shelves, replacing missing ceiling tiles, plumbing works such as leaking pipes and seized taps, minor electrical works, heating works etc. Emergency repairs include flooding, leaking roofs, blocked drains, burst pipes etc.
We are experienced in dealing with Clients insurers and loss adjusters relating to insurance claims.
