The Project
To strip out ceilings and floor finishes. Demolish internal spine wall.Design and install new ventilation, A/C, Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, data and door entry systems. Supply and install new ceilings, partitions and flooring, creating new open plan area and meeting rooms.

How We Solved The Problems
The project became fast track as the MEP design could not be developed until the strip out was complete. Approximately four weeks were lost waiting for the design.
Once we had the design we had 4 weeks to complete the installation, including all finishings.
The client requested that 4no meeting rooms that were in phase 2 be included in phase 1. This incorporated a substantial amount of ventilation equipment in a tight ceiling void.
