Challenges Overcome
Due to late issue of instructions and limited esign information provided prior to commencement, this project required a flexible and responsive approach.
Our team proactively mobilised to establish the site by setting up the work perimeter and installing hoarding outside of standard working hours, at our own expense. This early action enabled collaborative site reviews wit the client, during which we clarified requirements, confirmed final finishes, and adopted a progressive design approach throughout the project – from intial strip-out through to final completion.

Challenges Overcome
To ensure efficiency and continuity, we proposed practical adjustments such as the substitution of specified materials for locally sourced and more readily available alternatives, reducing lead times and maintaining programme momentum.
This approach also allowed us to reallocate resources from other projects and ensure that an appropriately skilled workforce was available to deliver the works within the agreed timeframe.
Throughout the duration of the project, we closely monitored variations and design developments, holding regular on-site meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction with progress and direction.
