After an urgent call from our client’s A&E Team regarding a critical issue that couldn’t wait until the next day, Mike and Mick responded immediately – even though they had already left site and arrived home.
Without hesitation, they returned to investigate and support the rectification works. Within just 20 minutes, both were back on site and working to help resolve the issue.
No delays, no questions—just a clear commitment to getting things done.
